Job Puprose :
 
 
Develops operations by guiding development of program
specifications; overseeing testing efforts; leading
programmers.
 
 
 
Duties :
 
 
a) Accomplishes programming project requirements by coaching programmers
 
b) Meets programming standards by following production,productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;identifying work process improvements;implementing new 
 
 
technology.
 
c) Plans programming projects by confirming program objective and specifications with clients.
 
d) Arranges program specifications by confirming logical sequences and flowcharts;researching and employing established operations.
 
e) Verifies program operation by confirming tests.
 
f) Updatesjob knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;reading professional publications;maintaining personal networks.
 
g) Accomplishes departement and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
 
 
 
 
Skill/ Qualifications :
 
 
Software Development Fundamentals, Software Algortihm
Design, Software Testing, Software Maintenance, Software
Debugging, Software Documentation, Software Performance 
 
 
Tuning.
